Trust for Public Land & Birds Georgia’s Habitat Team for a volunteer workday at the Chattahoochee RiverLands Gateway Park.
Birds Georgia is working with Trust for Public Land to remove invasive species and restore native bird habitat along the Chattahoochee RiverLands, and we invite you to join us! Work will be supervised by Birds Georgia, and we need your help.
What to bring?
- Water
- Dress according to the weather and the work being done; chance of encountering poison ivy, insects, arachnids, etc.
- Close-toed shoes – boots recommended
- Recommended but not required: sunglasses and binoculars
