Join Cumberland CID as they celebrate the grand opening of the Bob Callan Trailhead and extension at Windy Hill Road—a milestone in advancing a more walkable, accessible, and connected Cumberland.

This newly completed mile of scenic, multi-use trail meanders along Rottenwood Creek, uniting existing paths with emerging green spaces. It’s a meaningful stride toward sustainable transportation, outdoor recreation, and a healthier, more vibrant community.
