*Urban Heat ATL Rendezvous 2025

Description: Volunteer and help us collect some Urban Heat ATL heat data! Drive to “Point of Interest “locations, walk, bike, skate, and use a sensor to collect heat data

Purpose: The purpose of this experience is to help collect more data in the city of Atlanta to aid in the research and understanding of the Urban Heat islands, and why “Hot-Lanta” is Hot Atlanta.

Role: Volunteers will adopt a heat sensor and go to our “Points of Interest” locations. While at the location, volutneers will walk, jog, skate, run in the location/surrounding neighborhood and collect heat sensor data.

Vibe: fun, involved, motivated, meditative
