SUMMARY:CRK and TPL Atlanta Cleanup\, Jan 6
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to host this land-based cleanup in partnership with the Trust for Public Land to continue our efforts towards a trash-free Chattahoochee on Saturday\, January 6th – 10am to 1pm. \nThe location for the cleanup will be ITP on a tributary to the river. The exact address will be provided to registered volunteers a few days prior to the event. Why? Because rain events move the trash and we want to pick a location that needs our attention the most. Gloves and cleanup supplies provided. \nWill I get dirty and potentially wet? YES!\nWhether land based or paddling\, all our cleanups involve getting in or around the river or a tributary – this is where the trash is. But there are opportunities to stay dry.
