DESCRIPTION:Run\, don’t walk and celebrate with us at the Camp + Paddle Trail Ribbon Cutting in Chattahoochee Hills  \nCome celebrate the opening of two overnight camp sites\, Campbellton Park and New RiverLands Park\, the later of which provides a new accessible kayak launch into the Chattahoochee River. These two sites will connect the region with a vital natural resource and provide access to the joys of the outdoors!  \nEvent details are forthcoming. \nCampbellton Park and New RiverLands Park will serve as overnight stops three and four of the Chattahoochee Camp+Paddle Trail. This trail offers an opportunity to explore 48 miles of the Chattahoochee River over a three-night\, four-day itinerary. 🗺️ The journey begins at Peachtree Creek in North Atlanta and ends at McIntosh Reserve in Carroll County. The amenities at include a new accessible kayak launch\, restroom/shower pavilions\, tent campsites\, grills\, fire pit nooks and gathering spaces.
